Job Responsibilities

• Execute installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities for automation systems at customer sites.
• Develop and optimize AI-based visual inspection and defect detection applications to support manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance on robotic systems and automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Deliver after-sales services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and performance optimization of robotic equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and training materials as required.

Requirements

Education & Technical Background

• Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, machine vision, AI applications, and industrial equipment.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, debugging, and technical support for industrial automation systems is preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities with mechanical, electrical, or automation equipment.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and technical diagnosis skills.
• Familiarity with programming, software development, or AI-based inspection solutions is an advantage.
• Possession of a National Computer Proficiency Certificate Level 2 or above (Level 3 preferred) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to travel for project implementation and customer support activities.

Language Requirements

• Good command of English (equivalent to CET-4 or above).
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred.

• Salary: From VND 20,000,000/month (Gross) and above, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
