Global Sales Representative

 Job Description:

I/ Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales with global customers in collaboration with group sales companies.
  • Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecasts; monitor sales performance and report progress.
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, and product requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate product specifications and commercial terms, and close sales contracts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, delivery issues, and product-related complaints.
  • Prepare sales materials and market information to support business development.
  • New Business Development (ASEAN Region)
    • Identify and develop new customers across the ASEAN market.
    • Conduct customer visits and business meetings to expand new business opportunities.
    • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, contract signing, to after-sales follow-up.
  • Market Research & Intelligence
    • Conduct market research and visit raw material production areas in Vietnam and the ASEAN region.
    • Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor information.
    • Prepare market reports and provide insights to support commercial strategy.
II/ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or commercial management, preferably in a multinational or foreign-invested company.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as BRCGS, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, including throughout the ASEAN region.
