Global Sales Representative
Job Description:
I/ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales with global customers in collaboration with group sales companies.
- Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecasts; monitor sales performance and report progress.
- Understand customer needs, market trends, and product requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate product specifications and commercial terms, and close sales contracts.
- Handle customer inquiries, delivery issues, and product-related complaints.
- Prepare sales materials and market information to support business development.
- New Business Development (ASEAN Region)
- Identify and develop new customers across the ASEAN market.
- Conduct customer visits and business meetings to expand new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, contract signing, to after-sales follow-up.
- Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct market research and visit raw material production areas in Vietnam and the ASEAN region.
- Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor information.
- Prepare market reports and provide insights to support commercial strategy.
II/ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or commercial management, preferably in a multinational or foreign-invested company.
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as BRCGS, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, including throughout the ASEAN region.
