1. Job Description

   • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in compliance with standards such as BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, and FSMA.

   • Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with quality procedures, SOPs, and food safety requirements across departments.

   • Supervise quality and food safety activities within the factory and coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues.

   • Lead external audits from certification bodies and customers, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.

   • Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

   • Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen activities.

   • Review and update food safety regulations and technical requirements related to customer, EU, and FDA standards.

   • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related fields.

   • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the food industry; supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.

   • Good knowledge of food safety and quality management systems such as BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, and FSMA.

   • Experience in internal/external audits, customer complaint handling, and CAPA implementation.

   • Good command of English communication and ability to understand technical documents and food regulations.

   • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

   • Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Pest Control is an advantage.

   • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
