1. Job Description

   • Manage and oversee the operation of production line equipment, ensuring stable performance and optimal efficiency.

   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, as well as coordinate repair activities to minimize equipment downtime.

   • Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve machine reliability.

   • Design and calculate production line layouts for new product introductions, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.

   • Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through training and continuous skill enhancement programs.

   • Additional responsibilities and details will be discussed during the interview process.

2. Requirements

   • College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

   • At least 3 years of experience in PCBA,SMT-related positions.

   • Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.

   • Good at AutoCAD

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.

   • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).

   • 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.

   • Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.

   • Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
