1. Job responsibilities

• Manage and oversee production planning and control activities.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient production schedules.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock.

• Lead and develop the PPC team.

2. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning, preferably in automotive manufacturing, strong preference for candidates with relevant experience in the wiring harness industry.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, material planning, capacity planning, inventory control and delivery management.

• Good English communication, MS Office/Excel and ERP/SAP skills; knowledge of Lean/5S is preferred.

3. Benefits

• Salary: 30-35 million VND

• 13th-month salary.

• All employees of shall personally contribute 10.5% toward social insurance. The salary base for social insurance contributions shall consist of the basic salary plus the responsibility allowance. The company will contribute the remaining 21.5% as prescribed by law.

• Company shuttle bus facility for employees departing from Hanoi.
