1. Job Description

   • The QA Manager is responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance activities for AEO/UQ denim products throughout the entire manufacturing process, from product development to final shipment.

   • The role ensures products meet AEO/UQ quality standards, approved samples, specifications, fitting, measurement, workmanship, washing and finishing requirements.

   • The QA Manager will also act as the key quality representative in communication with customers, third-party auditors and factory management, while driving continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field is preferred.

   • Minimum 8 years of experience in garment quality assurance.

   • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

   • Strong experience in denim garment manufacturing and washing processes.

   • Experience working with AEO/UQ products and buyer requirements is highly preferred.

   • Experience handling buyer visits, final audits and customer complaints is an advantage.

   • Strong knowledge of AEO/UQ quality standards, garment construction, measurements, fitting and workmanship requirements.

   • Good understanding of denim washing, finishing, shade control, shrinkage control and garment appearance evaluation.

   • Strong knowledge of AQL inspection systems and garment factory quality management systems.

   • Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis, CAP management and problem-solving.

   • Good understanding of quality data analysis, reporting and presentation.

   • Strong leadership and team management skills.

   • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

   • Good command of written and spoken English.

   • Able to independently communicate and work with AEO/UQ buyers, auditors and overseas stakeholders.

   • Strong customer-oriented mindset.

   • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

   • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

   • Willing to work closely with production, technical, washing, finishing and subcontractor teams.
