Head of Sales (Industrial Automation, English & Chinese)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Establish long-term sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions
2. Domain-Driven Solution Sales
  • Lead consultative and solution-based sales approaches for industrial automation customers
  • Understand customer operational challenges and propose value-driven automation solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Drive complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to project closing
3. Channel & Partner Ecosystem Development
  • Build, develop, and manage channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances
  • Strengthen partner ecosystem to expand market reach and improve customer coverage
  • Develop partner engagement programs and support business growth initiatives
  • Ensure strong collaboration between internal teams and external partners
4. Team Leadership & Organization Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales organization to achieve high performance
  • Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results
  • Develop talent pipelines and succession planning within the sales team
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial automation industry
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams or business units
  • Strong experience working with manufacturing customers across various industries
  • Proven track record in solution sales and consultative selling
  • Strong business development and strategic planning capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic business environments
