1. Job Description:

• Contact and communicate with customers to provide product consultation.
• Office-based role with no field work required; a pre-existing customer database is provided.
• Gather additional customer insights to drive sales growth.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs) are met.

2. Requirements:

• Graduated and ready for work.
• Stable and fluent communication.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by high income.
• Strong interest to develop career in sales.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

• Average monthly income: 9,000,000 - 17,000,000 VND (Base salary: 7,220,000 VND).
• Unlimited sales commission.
• 100% salary during probation.
