Position: Sourcing Executive/Supervisor

Salaray Range: 28mil max

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support sourcing projects by conducting market research, supplier scouting, and collecting data on market trends to assist in developing a sustainable supply base.
• Assist in contract management activities, including preparing documentation and supporting price negotiations with suppliers under the guidance of senior team members.
• Monitor and follow up on vendor performance regarding safety, quality, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Support the vendor selection and evaluation process, and participate in vendor audits and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
• Collaborate with sourcing specialists and managers to gather and analyze market data, including price trends and supplier performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for management review.
• Perform other sourcing-related tasks or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier coordination, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
• Experience in material sourcing for Printing, Paper Products, or the Toys & Gifts industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Good command of English/ Chinese

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- The company does not provide shuttle bus or dormitories. For candidates who living far away, housing rental support is offered.

- 13th-month salary, 12 days of annual leave.
