Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary Range: VND 25 million + OT

Location: Hai Duong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strive to fulfill the Companys goals and objectives.
• Oversee and manage all store operations, including:
• - Coordinating material flow, storage, and data exchange across receiving, main warehouse, and finished goods areas.
• - Managing warehouse operations within a Just-In-Time (JIT) system.
• - Tracking and evaluating warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy by aligning physical stock counts with system records.
• Provide reliable and effective support services to Production.
• Continuously work on reducing internal material lead times.
• Implement and enforce security measures for warehouse facilities.
• Ensure that physical inventory locations and movements are accurately reflected in the systems store codes and transactions.
• Train and onboard new GS operators or employees.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A college or university degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in FDI and electronics manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer applications and software.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with TS16949, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and ISO9000 quality management systems.
• Knowledgeable in ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards, and EHS documentation.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) from August

- Competitive salary and housing allowance.

- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.

- 13th salary month.

- Social Insurance in full salary.

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
