About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Operations Officer to oversee and manage frontline operations within the business. You will hold responsibility for the efficiency, performance, and operational delivery of a defined geographic region, specialist department, or functional area.
As a key member of the supervisory and management team, you will report directly to the Directors. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, effective communication, and the ability to maintain control of diverse business functions. We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills, sound business acumen, and exemplary professional ethics.
The purpose of the Operations Officer role is to ensure operational functionality, support the Board, and drive sustainable, long-term growth across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the creation, development and implementation of business strategies, plans, and operational procedures.
- Establish and uphold policies that reflect and promote the Company's mission, culture, and values.
- Champion the Company's vision and play an active role in shaping and communicating the wider organisational story.
- Set clear, comprehensive goals for the performance and growth of your region, specialist department, or functional area.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the effective deployment, supervision, and support of operatives within your responsibility.
Lead, motivate, and develop colleagues to encourage high performance, professionalism, and dedication.
Evaluate operational performance through effective analysis of data, insights, and performance metrics.
Prepare and present accurate, timely reports to the Board on key issues, performance indicators, and operational developments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Successful applicants can expect a basic salary starting at approximately £30,000 per annum (based on a 42-hour working week), with performance-related enhancements available up to £58,000.
