Who Are We?
Code 9 Security is an award-winning security firm, committed to Protecting What Matters™. Delivering world-class security strategies for government, global brands, local businesses, and those in the public eye, we recruit, retain, and develop the best talent from the security and risk management industries.
Are You A Good Fit?
If you are a security or risk management professional looking for your next career move, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for those with a genuine passion for their work, a desire to make a difference, an understanding of true camaraderie, and a willingness to learn.
What to Expect
You will have the opportunity to take ownership and accountability, make decisions autonomously for the benefit of our clients and stakeholders, and make a meaningful contribution to our mission and goals. In return, you will enjoy progressive and highly competitive earnings, with uncapped opportunities to progress your career and earning potential. You will be provided with the best kit, the latest technology, and a quality uniform, allowing you to carry out your duties with pride, confidence, and skill.
We strive for excellence, champion innovation, and push boundaries. We create opportunities for colleagues to specialise in relevant disciplines, such as advanced medic (up to FREUC5), fire safety officer (FSC), health and safety specialist (NEBOSH or IOSH), dog handling (NASDU), or counter terrorism (ISRM).
Crucially, you will enjoy a sustainable life-work balance and be part of a team of like-minded professionals who share your values and camaraderie. You will enjoy a career rather than just a job, where loyalty and contribution are rewarded, progression and advancement are encouraged and supported, and a professional environment where you can thrive.
