About the job Operations Officer

We are recruiting an experienced Operations Officer to oversee frontline operations. You will be accountable for efficiency and operations of the business and be in command of a geographic region, specialist department or function.

The Operations Officer role is a key member of the supervisory and management team, reporting to the Directors. You must maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. We'd like to meet you if you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.

The goal of the Operations Officer is to secure the functionality of the business, support the Board, and drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to creating, developing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures.
  • Establish policies that promote the company culture, vision and mission.
  • Champion, drive and be an active part of the Company story.
  • Set comprehensive goals for the performance and growth of your region, specialist department or function.
  • Oversee the daily operations of your geographic region, specialist function or department, and the work of the operatives employed in the same.
  • Lead colleagues to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Write and submit reports to the Board in all matters of importance.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Successful applicants can expect to earn from £30,000 per annum, assuming a 42-hour working week.
