Requirements:

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies or specialization in IT management, cybersecurity, or project management are desirable.
  • Bilingual
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT areas, including 2 years in leadership positions.
  • IT infrastructure management: servers, virtualization, backups, cybersecurity. VPS, AWS, Linux.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 / Azure / Active Directory.
  • Technology project management.

Programming languages:

  • Frontend: Angular / JavaScript
  • Backend: Python (Flask)
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Version control: Git / GitHub

Tasks to do:

-Managing technical teams and software development projects.
-Use of remote support and ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira, OsTicket, etc.)
-Cybersecurity fundamentals, IT policies, access management, roles and permissions.
-Knowledge of automation or workflows using Power Automate / PowerShell (desirable).
