Global Marketing Director - Hotels & Resorts
About the Group:
This is a confidential opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality with a strong lifestyle and luxury positioning. The group currently operates a collection of distinctive hotels & resorts, several strategic openings planned across Europe and the Middle East over the next 24 months.
Mission:
You will lead the global marketing function, supporting the rollout of new projects and reinforcing the brand DNA across all properties. This is a high-impact role for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who can operate across brand development, pre-openings, team coordination, and commercial alignment.
You will be in charge of the Marketing Culture Brand Book.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and elevate the brand identity through a consistent and compelling brand book.

Lead the development of 360° marketing plans for each property (brand, digital, PR, offline activations).

Ensure global brand coherence while allowing room for local expression and creativity
Pre-Openings & Launches
- Act as the strategic marketing lead for all new openings across Europe and the Middle East.

Build and deploy go-to-market strategies for hotels, beach clubs, and residences.

Oversee campaign execution and coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Team Support & Coordination
- Provide guidance and leadership to on-property marketing coordinators and managers.

Ensure alignment with commercial teams (DOSM) to drive performance and visibility.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and provide strategic feedback to improve results across the board.
Culture & Leadership
Support the onboarding of local marketing teams and contribute to building a high-performing, lifestyle-driven marketing culture.
Prepare the groundwork for the evolution of the marketing department into a more structured, multi-brand entity over the next 34 years.
Profile Sought:
- Proven track record (10+ years) in luxury and/or lifestyle hospitality marketing, ideally across multiple properties.
- Prior experience in one or more of the reference lifestyle high-end hotel or restaurant brands
- Strong expertise in hotel marketing (not just F&B), with exposure to both Europe and international markets.
- Experience working in environments that require agility, diplomacy, and discretion (family office, boutique group, private equity-backed ventures).
- Hands-on, strategic thinker with strong brand sensibility and an analytical mindset.

Natural leadership with the ability to influence, support, and structure.

Fluent in English. Spanish is not required but could be a plus.
