About the job Project Coordinator - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting

Review and upload field data from JotForm submissions to Monday.com daily.

Ensure data entries are complete, accurate, and properly labeled for tracking and reporting.

Assist the Project Manager with preparing client-facing summaries, PDFs, and supporting documentation.

Maintain well-organized digital records of all project documentation and field data.
Coordination & Communication

Act as a liaison between field technicians and internal teams to ensure clear, timely data submissions.

Coordinate between engineering and electrical engineering teams for projects requiring permitting (e.g., WeLink projects).

Communicate with customers to request and collect missing data (e.g., KMZ files, central office addresses).
Permitting & External Communication

Serve as a liaison between Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and the engineering team.

Monitor and follow up on project timelines, revision requests, and approvals from permitting agencies.

Facilitate the submission of permit applications and track status updates to support proactive planning.
Workflow Oversight & QA

Regularly review Monday.com boards to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure all project data aligns with internal standards and customer requirements.

Support operational teams by maintaining material trackers and assisting with administrative project tasks.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in project coordination, telecom, construction, or related field.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and data platforms (e.g., JotForm, Excel).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and interface with engineering, permitting, and field teams.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):

Familiarity with telecom permitting processes.
-
Experience working with utility companies, broadband providers, or local AHJs.

Understanding of fiber engineering terms
