Culture Fits is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable Managed Services Provider (MSP) that is known for delivering outstanding IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. This MSP is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join their growing team and serve as a trusted advisor for their clients.
Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the bridge between technology and business strategy. You'll develop strong client relationships, create IT roadmaps, and ensure services are driving measurable value. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in both technical conversations and executive-level discussions.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary client advocate, ensuring alignment between IT services and business goals

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present strategic IT roadmaps and budgets

Partner with service delivery teams to resolve escalations and maintain smooth operations

Proactively identify areas to improve security, cloud adoption, and IT efficiency

Guide clients through compliance, modernization, and lifecycle planning

Foster long-term relationships that drive retention and growth
Qualifications

3+ years in a TAM, vCIO, Systems Engineer, or similar role (MSP experience strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value

Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
