Culture Fits is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable Managed Services Provider (MSP) that is known for delivering outstanding IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. This MSP is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join their growing team and serve as a trusted advisor for their clients.

Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the bridge between technology and business strategy. You'll develop strong client relationships, create IT roadmaps, and ensure services are driving measurable value. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in both technical conversations and executive-level discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary client advocate, ensuring alignment between IT services and business goals

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present strategic IT roadmaps and budgets

  • Partner with service delivery teams to resolve escalations and maintain smooth operations

  • Proactively identify areas to improve security, cloud adoption, and IT efficiency

  • Guide clients through compliance, modernization, and lifecycle planning

  • Foster long-term relationships that drive retention and growth

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a TAM, vCIO, Systems Engineer, or similar role (MSP experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value

  • Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
