Key Responsibilities

Hardware & System Deployment

• Build, configure, and deploy new workstations, laptops, and peripherals
• Perform imaging, OS installation, and system configuration
• Install and configure standard business applications and security tools
• Replace, upgrade, and decommission hardware following company standards

Break/Fix Support

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, basic networking, printers, and endpoint issues
• Perform repairs or coordinate warranty replacements as needed
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while owning resolution follow-through

On-Site Installation & Support

• Travel to company locations to install and support IT equipment
• Set up workstations, monitors, docking stations, printers, and network-connected devices
• Perform cable management and ensure clean, professional installations
• Provide basic end-user guidance during installs and system handoffs

Asset & Documentation Management

• Maintain accurate asset inventory and deployment records
• Document installs, fixes, and configurations clearly
• Follow standard procedures for hardware lifecycle management

Operational Support

• Support internal IT projects and refresh cycles
• Assist with office moves, expansions, and new location setups
• Adhere to security, compliance, and IT standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 1–3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (internal IT or MSP)
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Experience building and deploying PCs and laptops
• Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management basics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks
• Professional communication and customer-facing demeanor
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally

Preferred

• Experience with imaging tools
• Exposure to Intune, Azure AD, or on-prem Active Directory
• Experience with printers, scanners, and office peripherals
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
• Experience supporting multiple office locations

Work Environment

• Combination of office, field, and on-site work
• May involve lifting and moving IT equipment
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work for deployments or outages
