Staffing Specialist/Recruiter Trainee

Custom Personnel is seeking someone to join our team! We're looking for an outgoing, driven, sales-oriented individual to train into a recruiter. If you are interested in staffing, and aren't afraid of cold calling, we'd love to speak with you.

Must be a people person with strong communication skills, self-motivated, and with the ability to work alone without supervision. The idea candidate will also be good at thinking outside the box and coming up with new ways to land clients.

Knowledge of social media marketing is helpful.

This position is 31 hours per week with paid holidays. Base pay + commission.
