The Massachusetts cyber sector is large and growing, but the talent pipeline of skilled, experienced, and diverse candidates can’t keep pace. At the same time, many local governments, non-profits, and small businesses are under-resourced to address growing cyber threats.

CyberTrust Massachusetts addresses these challenges by enabling the regional cyber ecosystem as a trusted partner to industry, academia, and government.

Creating Opportunities

  • Offering students and workers at all career stages, from all backgrounds statewide, access to advanced cyber education and training programs linked to cyber employers.

Growing the Workforce

  • Increasing the pipeline of skilled, experienced, inclusive, and diverse cyber candidates via hands-on, experiential learning environments.

Strengthening Security

  • Providing local governments, non-profits, and small businesses with affordable cybersecurity services to manage their defenses and combat growing cyber threats.

CyberTrust Internship

The Security Operations Center Analyst Internship is a purpose-driven initiative designed to instill students with practical cybersecurity experience while serving the critical needs of our local communities. In partnership with our consortium members, we offer this opportunity to actively engage in safeguarding municipal governments, nonprofits, and small businesses against cyber threats. 

Hiring Cycle

  • 4x per year
  • March, June, September, December
  • 5-step interview process including Immersive Labs assessment

Cohort Size & Distribution

  • Each cohort comprised 10-12 interns
  • Equitable distribution across all educational partners
  • Eligible students: Seniors, Rising Juniors (spring semester), majoring in computer science, information systems, or cybersecurity
