Our tool enables the faster diagnosis of chronic pelvic pain conditions, including endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and other, meaning anyone who experiences pain can get answers, treatments and get their life back on track. We encourage women & AFAB folks to talk about their experiences and help find solutions rather than excuses - we know it's not just period pains.

Daye is now entering an exciting period of growth and expansion, with a focus on scaling our digital acquisition channels and helping Daye scale spend effectively on performance channels.

About the Opportunity

Daye is seeking a talented BI Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a BI Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth and expansion efforts, focusing on scaling our digital acquisition channels and optimizing spend marketing. The location of the position is in Sofia. For this opportunity:

  • You bring curiosity, problem-solving instinct and statistical and mathematical knowledge.

  • You are responsible for constructing and optimizing data pipelines to bring information from diverse source systems, including imaging, textual, and clinical data.

What you'll be doing?

  • Proactively analyze data to answer critical questions for stakeholders, investigating areas for efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining interactive visualizations to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Defining and implementing data acquisition and integration logic for optimal scalability and performance.
  • Developing and maintaining databases, acquiring data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address analytics needs.
  • Maintain, improve, and expand the transforms and connectors in Kleene (ELT), Metabase queries and dashboards.Working closely with managers to ensure alignment with critical metrics and KPIs.
  • Conducting statistical analysis and mining data to derive meaningful insights.

What you need to bring to the role?

  • Demonstrate practical experience with data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL - based languages (T-SQL, PL, Snowflake) or Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new analytics tools.
  • Experience with a dashboarding tool , ideally Metabase or similar.
  • Experience with a data warehousing tool.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex data insights for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelors degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
  • Experience with database design, segmentation techniques, and programming frameworks.
  • Passionate about working with and understanding complex sets of data with a view to present insights succinctly.
  • Clear communicator, able to balance multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python, Tableau or Power BI for data analysis will be taken as an advantage.
