Elton, the founder, started working as a Virtual Assistant in 2012. She worked part-time while working as an admin clerk and HR person for four years before deciding to go full-time. In late 2017, she decided to make her career in a business. She founded Done It Virtually then but had pushed back expanding and marketing since her client demanded more time from her. In 2019, she invited Maria, her colleague, to rebuild the business, expand it, and renamed it the Elton Aclao Virtual Assistance Services.

Now, Elton Aclao Virtual Assistance Services is the go-to headhunting and remote team management firm to find a needle in the haystack candidates for various remote roles. The market for highly skilled virtual talent has become increasingly sophisticated in the last few years. Gone are the days of placing a simple job board advertisement and receiving tons of qualified replies from candidates.
