We are dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a an organized Admin Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our company. You will work closely with our management team and provide administrative support in various areas, including but not limited to, data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assist in managing and organizing company documents, records, and files
- Maintain and update client database and project files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management team
- Assist with Invoicing and Quotations and other accounting tasks as needed
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in Pastel, Microsoft and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Valid drivers licence is necessary
