About the Role

We are seeking an innovative, self-motivated Office Manager with at least 6 years' experience in office administration and HR. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, dedicated to creating exceptional working environments, and committed to supporting our sustainability commitments. This role combines operational leadership with HR expertise, ensuring that our office runs smoothly while fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Oversee all daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Directly supervise the team involved in reception/general office maintenance
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement innovative processes to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Ensure the office reflects a professional, inspiring, and people-focused environment.

Human Resources & Administration

  • Prepare and manage employee contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle payroll preparation and salary administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organise recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new team members feel valued from day one.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
  • Champion employee engagement and wellbeing, cultivating a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure EEC compliance

Social responsibility

  • Promote awareness and engagement among staff regarding sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure office practices align with environmental and social responsibility standards.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring company sustainability commitments.
  • Support the social committee

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in office management and HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prepare contracts, manage payroll, and oversee HR processes.
  • Passion for people, workplace culture, and sustainability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
