POSITON NAME: Senior Financial Accountant

Accounting Firm looking for an experienced and detail -oriented Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client's financial records and providing accounting services.

 *Candidate must have background in Private Accounting Practise

Key Responsibilities:

• Process/Review client financial information on Sage Pastel ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Various ITAS submissions.
• Tax Calculations and compliance
• Compilations of Annual Financial Statements on draftworx.
• Compilations of various financial reports.
• Overview of NamRa audits.
• Ensure that the portfolio stays up to date and that all tax returns are submitted on time.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, specifically in compilation of Annual Financial Statements.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Degree or equivalent qualification (NIPA registered added advantage)
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate with seniors professionally and provide and provide regular feedback.
