Responsibilities:

• Weekly monitoring of construction progress.
• Quality control of completed works and compliance with the project.
• Verification of adherence to schedules, technologies, and proper execution processes.
• Provide photo and video documentation of site conditions.
• Communication with contractors and clarification of issues.
• Preparation of a structured weekly report: progress, issues, recommendations.

Requirements:

• Technical or higher construction education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or site inspector.
• Knowledge of construction technologies and quality standards.
• Skill in identifying defects and monitoring contractors.
• Ability to maintain documentation and photo records.
