Responsibilities:

• Ability to prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee all financial processes.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.
• Prepare regular financial reports, cost analyses, and cash-flow statements for the Head Office.
• Maintain accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations.
• Support the implementation of internal financial policies and strengthen accounting controls.
• Interact with auditors, local tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, CPA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or financial analysis (experience in construction/development is preferred).
• Deep understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Experience with international companies or cross-border reporting is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in Excel, financial software, and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and high numerical accuracy.
