POSITION LOCATION: On site

POSITON NAME: Engineer (Engineer of Record)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical site inspections upon request.
• Perform rapid assessments of structural conditions, engineering
• systems, and completed construction work quality.
• Identify defects, violations, and technical risks.
• Provide professional recommendations for corrections, reinforcement, or alternative solutions.
• Offer technical consultations for the project team, including designers and contractors.
• Prepare a brief report after each visit: comments, photo documentation, conclusions.

Requirements:

• Higher technical or civil engineering education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an engineer, site engineer, or technical expert.
• Excellent knowledge of construction standards and engineering systems.
• Ability to quickly evaluate on-site situations.
• Readiness to visit the site upon request.
