Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of promotional activities.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of product features, clinical data, and therapeutic benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, present tailored solutions, and negotiate sales terms as needed.
- Keep current with market developments, competitor activities, and medical trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and medical conferences.
Requirements
- 12 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or at least 2 years as a Pharmacists Assistant (advantage).
- Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing or a Pharmacy-related qualification (Bachelors in Life Sciences/Business is a plus).
- Fluency in English; Afrikaans and a third local language will be an added advantage.
- Code B drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Traceable references.
