We are seeking a knowledgeable and charismatic Sommelier to lead the wine program and oversee a high-performing front of house team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in wines, a passion for guest service, and strong leadership skills. This role is responsible for curating the wine list, educating guests and staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience in a dynamic and high-standard hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sommelier Duties:

• Curate, maintain, and update the wine list in line with food pairings and seasonal changes.

• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests, enhancing the overall dining experience.

• Oversee proper wine storage, inventory, and stock rotation.

• Conduct wine tastings and training sessions for staff to ensure wine knowledge is up to standard.

• Source and liaise with wine suppliers and vineyards.

Front of House Leadership:

• Proven experience in leading a front of house team to high performance standards.
• Deep understanding of wine regions, varietals, pairings, and cellar management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure.
