Company Overview:
The business supplies quality spices, herbs, seasonings, sauces, butchery equipment, vacuum machines, packaging material as well as natural and artificial casings. These products are sourced from a variety of suppliers from South Africa, Europe and the USA
Job Overview:
Products are supplied on a wholesale basis and distributed country wide. The area in and around Windhoek is supplied twice daily. All other areas of Namibia is supplied using overnight courier services. If you have a passion for food preparation and meat products please consider the below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Microsoft Office literate
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
