key responsibilities:

Spa Duties:

• Perform professional massage and body treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards.

• Assess guest needs and provide appropriate massage techniques and recommendations.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the treatment rooms and spa area.

• Manage appointment scheduling and guest records using spa software.

Retail Shop Relief Duties (Safari Shop / Curio Shop):

• Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product knowledge.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.

• Restock merchandise, maintain visual displays, and ensure the shop is tidy and inviting.

• Perform basic inventory control and data entry using computer systems.

Requirements:

• Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a spa or wellness centre.

• Working knowledge of massage therapy techniques and spa hygiene protocols.

• Computer literacy: ability to use POS systems, manage bookings, and basic data entry.

• Friendly and professional demeanour with strong customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to varying responsibilities.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
