As Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, managing operational efficiency, coordinating with the workforce, and optimizing production output in line with the company's strategic goals.

Key duties include:

• Supervising daily factory operations and the packing/sieving teams
• Ensuring production meets buyer specifications and quality standards
• Reducing waste and improving material conversion efficiency
• Maintaining clean, safe, and compliant working conditions
• Conducting quarterly stocktakes and keeping accurate inventory records
• Managing staff attendance, HR tasks, and disciplinary procedures
• Meeting quarterly KPIs
• Ensuring audit readiness and compliance with internal policies
