Reservations Agent 2024

Position: Reservations agent

Type: Full-time position

Location: Windhoek, Namibia

1. Namibian citizen or Namibian permanent residence
2. 3 - 5 years tourism experience / Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism will be an advantage
3. Passionate and understanding of the tourism industry.
4. Good knowledge of Namibian, Botswana and Zimbabwe tourist attractions and routes.
5. Good computer literacy specifically in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
6. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
7. French/German/ Italian language will be an added advantage.
8. Willingness & commitment to partake in ongoing training.
9. Valid Code 08 drivers license. C1 drivers license will be an advantage.
10. Must think logically with attention to detail.
11. Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
12. Good stress management skills
13. Willing to work overtime as needed and meet & greet arriving clients over weekends and public holidays.

1. To secure, cost and present product to the customer accurately, efficiently, timeously and with zero errors. (Groups and FITs)
2. Maintain & grow customer base.
3. Professional and efficient stakeholder communication & liaison
4. General Administration
5. Perform other duties as required 
6. Excellent customer service by offering excellent itineraries to meet and exceed agent & guests expectations.
