About NAMPOA

The Namibian Petroleum Operators Association (NAMPOA) is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced executive to lead the organisation as Executive Director (ED). The ED will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, representing the associations interests, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership position.
• Experience and knowledge of the oil and gas sector will be considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of the relevant regulatory and policy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse high-profile stakeholders with a track record of driving organizational growth and success.
