A leading company in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a dynamic and SAP-proficient individual to join its team as an SAP Coordinator (Trainee). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-impact ERP implementation initiative within a globally connected industry.

About the Role

As SAP Coordinator (Trainee), you will play a vital role in supporting the successful local deployment of the SAP Materials Management (MM) module. Working alongside an expert implementation team from international headquarters, you will serve as the primary coordination point between the Namibian affiliate and the global deployment team.

This position is a 6-month trainee role, with the potential for a permanent appointment as Lead SAP User for the Namibian operations, depending on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the rollout and deployment of SAP MM across the affiliate.
• Coordinate communication and requirements between local users and the international SAP project team.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and master data validation.
• Help develop local SAP documentation and first-level support materials.
• After successful deployment, provide ongoing user support and process ownership as Lead SAP User.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP (especially MM module) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational team environment.
• Fluency in English is required
