POSITON NAME: Job Costing Assistant

Requirements

• Making quotations & invoices daily
• Obtaining approval from management on quotation before sending to clients
• List all invoices utilized from Job cards weekly
• Update of Job card list on server weekly
• Follow up on outstanding purchase orders
• Sending of statements to clients on a monthly basis
• Updating payments from clients
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
• Filing and scanning of job cards
• Assisting in other departments as needed
