Project Engineer

Our client in the Energy sector is in the market for a Project Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Engineer:

More about the role and the company:

• Fast-growing, dynamic and innovative organization in an ever-evolving industry
• Based in Windhoek, must be prepared to travel internally and outside the country
• Reporting to the General Manager
• Multidisciplinary, international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across multiple disciplines, including mechanical, civil and electrical engineering, ensuring technical excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders to drive project execution. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project needs in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Apply a structured and organized approach to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field.
• 10+ years Project Engineer experience in the energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
