Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, set target and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and foster a
- high-performing environment. As well to carry our quarterly evaluations on their performance.
- Goal Setting & Forecasting: Set annual sales targets, manage sales forecasts, and track sales performance against these
- goals.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, analyse customer needs and competitor activities to identify new
- opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, including pricing strategies and contract
- negotiations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Process Optimization:
Create and implement effective sales processes using tools provided to enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between the sales department and other internal teams to ensure collaboration
and improve the customer experience.
Performance Reporting:
Monitor and analyse sales performance, generating reports and presenting progress to senior
management and other stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 8 - 15+ years in sales & marketing leadership roles, ideally in FMCG, retail, or digital sectors
- Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies and brand campaigns
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
