A leading and fully integrated industrial fishing company in Namibia's hake sector is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation.

As CEO, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of the organizations operations, executing strategic plans, and driving sustainable business performance. You will be part of the Executive Committee and will also report to the Board of Directors.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a respected player in the fishing sector, offering a platform to make a national and sector-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading day-to-day operations and the senior management team.
• Driving operations, innovation, strategy execution, and performance growth.
• Managing internal departments including HR, Finance, and IT.
• Identifying growth and expansion opportunities.
• Engaging effectively with stakeholders, from employees to suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Namibian citizen preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marine or related field.
• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Fisheries Management, or a relevant field, will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years senior management experience, it would be advantageous to have time in the fishing industry.
• Proven experience in strategic leadership and operational oversight.
