POSITON NAME: Commercial Manager

To drive business growth, cross selling of the Banks products and services and to manage key client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow the current client portfolio.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new clientele and to cross sell the Banks products and services to existing clients.
• Analyse market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Proactively market the Banks products and services on all platforms.
• Analyse, negotiate and apply tailored financial solutions.
• Effectively analyse and manage credit risk in compliance with banking regulations and risk management policies.
• Provide superior, reliable and prompt client service to enhance the Banks relationship banking concept.

Key requirements:

• Namibian citizen.
• Will be based in Windhoek but will be expected to travel country wide on an ongoing basis as and when required.
• A suitable and acceptable tertiary qualification and/or diploma in banking, business or credit or a related field.
• At least five (5) years' experience in commercial banking with two (2) years knowledge of business banking and credit.
