Vacancy: Head of CSR and Communication

 Period: Up to 2 years performance-based contract probation period of 6 months

Commencement date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Strategy, implementation and follow up

• Design and implement a meaningful CSR roadmap in line with global priorities and local needs.
• Lead the partnership process, including project evaluation, due diligence, committee coordination, and budget tracking.
• Define, monitor and report on CSR KPIs, impact assessments, and stakeholder feedback.
• Represent the company in CSR-related forums, networks, and with local authorities.

Corporate Communications

• Develop and manage internal and external communication plans, including media relations and digital content.
• Oversee the production of publications, newsletters, and social media content.
• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the companys values.

Governance & Compliance

• Serve as secretary or member of the CSR Committee, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams on sponsorship validations and audits.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government bodies, community leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Organize public events, awareness campaigns, and community consultations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CSR and communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
