Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales team.
- Drive strategic account planning to maximize opportunities.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from identification to project delivery.
- Identify and penetrate new markets to diversify revenue streams.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients and enhance their lifetime value.
- Explore opportunities in emerging African regions.
- Represent the company at local and international industry events.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to craft innovative solutions.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members for success.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Namibian ICT sector.
- Strong, existing, customer relationships in Namibia.
- Product knowledge on HPE and Aruba products.
- An advanced understanding of Cybersecurity products.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management and 5 years in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Technical acumen to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- Resilience to excel in challenging situations.
