Sales Representative

POSITION LOCATION: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia

POSITON NAME: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all non-plumbing related sales.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Take care of Key Accounts such as Pupkewitz, Buco, Cashbuild and Build It, which includes the updating of T14 price files and analysing of the RH2 reports.
• Control and development of sales at potential customers.
• Merchandising, including supervision, and analysing of all merchandising lists.
• Assistance with product training of customers.
• Arrange new or maintain existing displays.
• Visit Professionals, Developers, and the Retailers contract sales manager to promote our ranges for any future projects.
• Work closely with the other Sales Representatives to assist with sales in the outlying areas as well and listing of new products.
• Coordinating all accounts with the Sales Manager on a regular basis. (Meetings, Trainings, Sales activities, reports, etc.)
• Assisting the creditors department with collecting outstanding debts.
• Participating at stock taking, every four months, on Monday to Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Qualification/Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Certificate in Sales and Marketing related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office 9 (especially MS Outlook and Excel).
• 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred.
• Driver licence is required.
