POSITION LOCATION: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia

POSITON NAME: Supervisor to Hetero

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Short, Medium and Long-term objectives of spectra division

• Monitor, coach, mentor the team to accomplish company objectives

• Be the spokesperson for the company in the field.

• Sharing competitor insights to the company from time to time

• On time execution of sales and marketing plan as per company strategy.

• Attend medical conferences and represent company at such meetings
• Have thorough product knowledge
• Identify customers of the business and convert new customers
• Identify competitor products and have knowledge of such products, prices, deals and communicate that information to team members and management.
• Handle a range of customer complaints and relay these to the marketing Manager
• Identify a respond in a timely manner to customer needs.
• Develop customer needs and relationships
• Implement specific sales techniques to generate sales
• Be a pro-active, self-starting, representative that follows through with projects to completion without need of reminders
• Communicated required quantities of marketing materials for company s products to be ordered.
• Travel outside duty station promoting products and building relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports as requested by the manager
• And any other duties as delegated by management.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Graduate/ Grade 12

• At least 4-6 years or more pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience

• Fluency in English,
• 2 or 3rd Language will be an added advantage
• Code B driver's license
• Traceable references

Qualification

• Sales and Marketing diploma/degree or certificate in Pharmacy
