POSITION LOCATION: On site

POSITON NAME: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Verify actual work volumes on construction sites.
• Compare completed works with approved estimates, specifications, and budgets.
• Validate the cost of additional works (variations).
• Review and check contractors work certificates and payment documents.
• Analyse financial deviations and prepare reports.
  Assess cost overrun risks and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Degree in construction, construction economics, or quantity surveying.
• 3–5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor or cost controller.
  Valid professional QS license/certification.
• Excellent understanding of estimates, BOQs, work certificates, and construction standards.
• Ability to work with data, reports, and budgets.
  Confident Excel user: knowledge of estimating software is an advantage.

• Objectivity, honesty, analytical mindset.
• Ability to justify conclusions.
