POSITON NAME: Project Administrator
- Represent the company locally in government institutions, organizations, and with partners.
- Perform administrative tasks: submit documents, sign, collect, deliver, and represent the company at meetings.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely information exchange between all parties.
- Maintain daily communication with management, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage databases of suppliers, partners, contractors, and keep documentation updated.
- Coordinate office tasks: documents, contracts, small purchases, logistics, interaction with registries, authorities, and service providers.
- Ensure complete operational support for management and the team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in management, administration, business administration, law, or a related field.
- Experience as a coordinator, office manager, project assistant, or administrative staff.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of documentation, including contracts, agreements, and formal business correspondence.
- Excellent communication and business correspondence skills.
- Confident Microsoft Office user with good digital literacy.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. - High level of independence, accuracy, responsibility, and professionalism.

Special Requirement (Head Office Onboarding):
- The selected candidate will be required to spend several
months working in our Head Office.
This onboarding period is necessary for the candidate to: - Fully understand internal processes, project standards, and corporate communication protocols.
- Learn the rules and expectations of the main company.
- After completing this stage, the candidate will relocate to Windhoek for the full project cycle.
