Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Type: Full-time position

Location: Windhoek, Namibia

A well-established solar energy company is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take full responsibility for stock, logistics, and fleet coordination.

This role is best suited to a practical, organised individual who can manage both administrative systems and day-to-day operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock and equipment orders, dealing directly with suppliers
• Maintain and manage the stock control system
• Monitor stock levels, tracking, and replenishment
• Ensure accurate stock control and conduct regular stock counts
• Coordinate logistics and delivery of materials to installation sites
• Organise and maintain warehouse layout and storage systems
• Oversee toolboxes and equipment allocation
• Manage fleet coordination and maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing, or stock control

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel essential)

Experience working with stock management systems

Valid driver's licence (truck licence advantageous)

Good communication skills

Practical understanding of tools, equipment, or technical materials
