VACANCY: ASSISTANT / RELIEF MANAGER – CAR WASH

Location: Windhoek, Namibia

Employment Type: Permanent – Part-Time / Relief Basis

We are seeking a reliable, mature individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of a car wash in Windhoek.

This is a permanent relief role, working on a rotational / standby basis for approximately 14 days per month, depending on operational requirements.

This position is ideally suited to early pensioners or individuals seeking reduced working hours, rather than full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily operations when required

Supervising staff on duty

Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction

Basic administrative and computer-based tasks

Minimum Requirements:

Matric

Valid drivers licence

Computer literacy

Service-oriented and reliable

Previous supervisory or management experience (advantageous)

Must reside in Windhoek due to the nature and location of the business

Important to Note:

This is not a full-time management position. Working days vary and are based on operational needs.
