POSITON NAME: Health & Safety Officer (HSE Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all occupational health and construction safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify violations.
• Perform risk assessments and develop preventive safety measures.
  Provide safety briefings and HSE training to personnel.
• Monitor availability and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain mandatory safety logs, acts, and regulatory documentation.
• Issue notices and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Requirements:

• Relevant education or official HSE certification.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer / Safety Specialist.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and local legislation.
• Experience working on construction sites is mandatory.
• Ability to manage documentation.

• High discipline and strictness.
• Independence and objectivity.
• Ability to point out violations firmly but professionally.
